These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Aviva Leigh, whose registered office is located at
Tigmi Aviva, Douar Laraab, Essaouira, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, and any individual or legal entity wishing to participate in the workshops offered by the Organizer, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.

1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which the Organizer offers and sells its textile workshop service

2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
   The Client declares having read and accepted these GTC without reservation before placing any order for services with the Organizer.

3. Registration and Reservations

3.1. Registration for textile workshops is done via the Organizer's website, by telephone, or directly at the Organizer's headquarters.

3.2. The reservation is confirmed only after full payment for the service. The Client must pay the total amount at the time of reservation, which is:

600 MAD for half-day workshops

1350 MAD for full-day workshops

4. Prices

4.1. The prices of the services are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Client the application of the rate in effect at the time of booking.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment for services can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Payment terms are specified during the booking process.

5.2. The booking is confirmed only after full payment for the service.

5.3. Any booking request not followed by full payment within 24 hours will be automatically canceled without notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund

6.1. The Client may modify or cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course. This means:

6.2. In the event of cancellation by the Client more than 24 hours before the date and time of the booked course, the Organizer undertakes to fully refund the amount paid by the Client.

6.3. In the event of cancellation by the Client within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time of the reserved class, the prepayment made by the Client will be retained by the Organizer as compensation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6.4. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizer, by email or WhatsApp message, to be processed.

7. Class Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content, date, or time of classes as needed. The Client will be informed of any changes as soon as possible and will have the option of choosing another class or receiving a full refund.

8. Liability

8.1. The Organizer accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of the Client's personal belongings on its premises.

8.2. The Client is responsible for their conduct and actions during the classes. In the event of damage to the Organizer's premises or equipment, the Client may be held liable for the costs of repair or replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The recipes, methods, and techniques taught during the courses are the property of the Organizer.

9.2. However, the Organizer expressly authorizes the Client to reproduce and distribute the recipes and methods learned during the courses for personal or non-commercial purposes.

9.3. Any use of the recipes and methods for commercial purposes or public reproduction requires prior written authorization from the Organizer.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data collected during registration is used solely for managing reservations and customer relations. In accordance with Law 09-08 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

11. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
